Does Paris Saint ship worldwide?
Yes, all orders are fulfilled with USPS, Fedex & DHL.
Does Paris Saint cover International Custom Fees/Import Tax?
Paris Saint does not collect any amount of import duties, although, the warehouse team does mark down
What are fulfillment timelines?
Domestic orders are fulfilled within 1-6 business days. International orders range from 1-8 business days, depending on location and shipping service purchased at checkout. If your order has exceeded that amount of time, Contact Us to receive further updates about your order.
Return Policy?
Due to the model of consignment sales, all sales are final, unless you receive the wrong size or unmentioned flaws on your item(s). We recommend to ask about sizing and condition to ensure you will be happy with your purchases.
Size exchanges?
No size exchanges requests are accepted after purchase and delivery unless you received the incorrect size.
What if my package is delayed while in transit?
Tracking numbers are provided with every order to ensure delivery. Please contact your shipping carrier if you are experiencing any issues with your delivery, be sure to have your tracking number.
